CAIO PAGANO
is a Brazilian-born American concert pianist and teacher. Born in S o Paulo, at 16, he soloed with the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra before undertaking extensive studies in Germany, Paris, and Salzburg.
He has performed throughout the world with conductors such as Morton Gould and Sergiu Comissiona, and has appeared alongside internationally renowned musicians
such as Maria Jo o Pires, Pierre Fournier, and J nos Starker. He has been regularly heard in America on
National Public Radio, in Britain on the
BBC,
and National Broadcasting in Portugal, to name a
few, and his many recordings have been highly praised by BBC Music Magazine, Gramophone, and Fanfare.
For years he has also been recognized as a distinguished teacher on several continents, and he has given masterclasses throughout the world.
He currently serves as Regents' Professor of Piano at Arizona State University.
